Happy Friday, Busy Bee readers!

Recently, I was searching Pinterest for new & exciting ideas to share with you.  I ended up stumbling across this hilarious sounding game posted on Rebekah Hoyt’s Photography blog that I just know you’ll love. It’s called the shoe game.

The Shoe Game Sometime during the reception (usually later in the evening) the bride and groom will sit on chairs back-to-back on the dance floor.  They will take off their shoes and swap one shoe so that they are each holding a shoe from the bride and a shoe from the groom.  Someone reads a list of questions about them, about their relationship, and the bride and groom answer the questions by holding up the shoe of the person they think best suits the answer.

The person asking the questions should know both the bride & groom well.  The questions might start with things such as “Who has more siblings?” or “Who has done more traveling?”.  At some point, the questions might shift to something that is more of an opinion such as “Who is the better cook?”  or “Who is the better dancer?”.  When the bride & groom answer differently, the audience will get a laugh.
